Staff were friendly and helpful, an easy straight forward experience

Having made an error on my booking I emailed Trusted Travel to request an amendment. I promptly received a phone call from them to help me correct the error.
I have also experienced excellent support in the past.
I would highly recommend.

I am giving 5 stars based on today's events! Back in 2019 I gave up trying to get a refund for car parking which was cancelled by TT a couple of days before flying. I was prompted this week to chase this up by a press call out for similar complaints. I would encourage people who have had similar negative experiences to give your claim another go maybe through the beleaguered Will. I just had full refund paid into my account and although it should have happened 4 years ago it made my day!!! Well done Will! ?

I would definitely recommend trusted travels. They were so helpful. They sent over all the documents we needed to park and everything was so clear which made our day so much easier. Will definitely be using them again.

The actual service offered is fairly good however the postcode for the car parking is misleading in that the Satnav will take you to a remote house a few miles away. Had this been explained in the directions we could have avoided a very heated telephone exchange throughout which I was shouted at as though I was a moron (the signal was not good so I had to keep repeating myself)

I messed up my reservation by booking airport parking check out a day too early. I emailed their customer support team, got a response a couple of days later confirming the booking change at no extra cost. Great customer service!

There was an issue with our booking just a couple of days before our holidays but Trusted Travel upgraded our booking to ensure we would still be able to park in Aberdeen Airport Car Park securely while we went on our holidays. The staff were very helpful and I would definitely use them again.

Carpark had to change last minute, the other option was far more expensive than the original cost, they didn't charge extra and swapped it over within seconds! Would highly recommend!!

This is the first time I booked my parking via Trusted travel and it was messed up big time by the Platinum Parking , who were parking the cars on their behalf. But when made aware, Will from the customer care, was constantly in touch with me and not only refunded my fee but also provided me with an excellent parking experience, next time, I needed to Park my car.
A star to Will and the service provided. Excellent customer care. I would definitely park with them again and highly recommend them.

Complained about a breech of contact as my car was being used when I was on holiday, contacted them with no reasonable answer that they could not do anything, you should of investigated the company I complained about as all there reviews are shocking! Will NEVER use again.

Used Trusted travel via a cash-back website. This seems to have not gone through for the cashback claim as easily as most sites work. With regards the purchase of the product everything seemed to have gone through for a just over the lowest price on comparison.

Further ... tried contacting your customer dept. Before Xmas as suggested...72 hr response???? Still nothing since 22nd Dec...

Have used Trusted Travel on numerous occasions for booking airport lounges and parking and every time they come up with best deals and service. I recently booked my airport parking and put the wrong return date and they amended free of charge. Would highly recommend using them.

Great communications with customer services, following a mistake that I made on the initial booking form. They resolved my problem within a very short period (Given that I made the booking on a Sunday) and sent an amended confirmation with all the correct details. Thank you so much for your efficiency.
